Double Impact Cardio is about taking the step to improve and push you in your physical abilities and fitness. We are two experienced trainers/coaches who know that exercising effectively is important. We provide high performance workouts that we regularly design and customize for maximum burn. Our philosophy is to teach proper exercise techniques, and coach you to become a better fit person. We push you and help you to find out how hard and how far you can go. We are coaches that value self-motivation and effort. We applaud people that try and appreciate working with people that enjoy the process of getting fit.
Double Impact Cardio is a personal training studio offering group training and one on one personal training. Our group sessions are a full body workout alternating between TRX, Boot Camp, Kickboxing, Circuit Training. The group sessions and personal trainings are designed for all fitness levels. We also help with proper nutrition, meal planning and personal guidance for those who need help finding a fitness routine that works best for their own bodies.
At this unique exercise studio, you can exercise and train effectively and safely with support and confidence. Double Impact Cardio offers a variety of options to meet your needs. All classes are designed to improve your agility, coordination, balance, speed, power, as well as,improve overall fitness and promote fat loss.
